Now that Talent Coaching and Consulting is officially open and the storefront is live (yay!)- we felt like a great place to start our blog is to share what made us decide to start the company in the first place! 

Our Why: We’re a team of HR and recruiting professionals who’ve spent years helping people navigate the ups and downs of the job search — and we’ve seen just how tough it’s gotten out there.

Right now, it’s not uncommon for someone to apply to hundreds of jobs and still come up empty. It’s discouraging. It’s exhausting. And for many, it starts to chip away at their confidence.

That’s where we come in.

Over the years, friends and family have come to us for help: resumes, interviews, career direction, clarity. And every time, we found ourselves thinking — there must be more people out there who need this kind of support. So, we built something to serve exactly that need.

Because your career should work for you. And sometimes, you just need someone in your corner to help you get there.
